Friends! I have returned, and I’m eagerly anticipating the season for crafting.

We keep hearing wonderful stories from those of you who have logged into your online sponsorship account and used our eLetter feature to send an online letter to your sponsored friend.
One of the most frequently asked questions we have received since launching the eLetters in 2011 is “When can we send a photo with these?”
The answer is: Right now!
Here’s a step-by-step guide to sending your next eLetter with a photo attached:

What’s one thing sponsored friends like to receive more than letters from their sponsors? Photos from their sponsors, of course!
Photos are a great way to show you care. Sponsored friends can look at a photo of their sponsor and know that someone, somewhere, is rooting for them to succeed.
My friend, Thilothammal in Chennai, India, has been asking me for a photo. Instead of sending her a regular photo of my husband and me, I decided to take my craft skills to the next level.

CFCA†received the Best of Show honor at the sixth annual Philly Awards for our Walk with the Poor brochure.
The awards are presented by Nonprofit Connect, recognizing excellence in Kansas City nonprofit communications. CFCA also won first place for the Walk with the Poor brochure in the informational brochure category and second-place honors for the CFCA sponsorship brochure in the membership appeal category.
The Walk with the Poor brochure was created to encourage young people to go to the Walk with the Poor section on our website and learn how they can impact global poverty by helping a student finish school.
The Best of Show Award is selected from the first-place winners in 11 categories.
