CFCA President and Co-founder Bob Hentzen was an inspiration to people all across the world. He made friends wherever his feet took him.

As thousands around the world gather to honor the life of our President and Co-founder Bob Hentzen, we are reminded just how powerful a dream can be.
Bob dreamed of a world free from the bonds created by poverty, a world where childhood dreams become reality.
Now it’s our turn to show Bob just how much he impacted not only our lives, but thousands of lives around the world.
He walked with the poor. He believed in the poor.
Celebrations of his life:
A funeral service will be held at the Hermano Pedro office in Guatemala at 10 a.m. on Saturday, October 12, 2013. His body will be laid to rest at the San Lucas Toliman Cemetery.
At this time, a memorial mass is tentatively scheduled to be held in Kansas City later this month. We will continue to update you as arrangements are made.

Tuesday evening, the world lost a visionary soul, and heaven gained a bright star. CFCA President and Co-Founder Bob Hentzen, passed away Oct. 8 in Guatemala. He was 77.
