Cooking a meal native to your sponsored friend’s ethnic cuisine is a great way to walk in solidarity with them! Here is a collection of recipes from the countries where we work, submitted by CFCA staffers and sponsored friends.

After sampling food from your friend’s country, consider writing about your meal in your next letter. You could also ask what your friendís favorite food is, and why.
