Unbound Awareness Trips

Vegetables in the fields mean food on the table

Farming is a way of life for many of the 84,000 people CFCA serves in San Lucas Toliman, Guatemala.

And by the end of June the tomatoes are ready to be picked.

That is why CFCA friends and their families welcomed help from 18 hearty souls from Church of the Risen Christ in Denver on a unique CFCA awareness trip.

Each day the volunteers (many of them teenagers) will work alongside CFCA friends and their families to help with the harvest and other environmental projects.

During the weeklong trip, the group will learn about the life and culture of the hard-working and warm hearted sponsored friends and their families, which CFCA serves.

Stay tuned for adventure, learning and life changing experiences.
