Dear Danielle Litt: I enjoyed your letter to the sponsors of CFCA children so much for several reasons. First you are going to school a little down the road from me, I now live in Western North Carolina. Second, you gave me a new perspective on how CFCA helps children. Third, you, without meaning to do so, reminded me that I need to write to my sponsored girl more often. I sponsor one young lady and one elderly lady on my own and through our church we sponsor six people. Fourth, as a retired university professor I have always had faith in college-aged persons. You have so many more opportunities than I did and more important you remind me that I should not give up my idealism. Thank you Danielle, I needed to read your letter today. Finally, I keep thinking of taking Hebrew on-line, but am a little nervous that I won't keep up. Maybe I can do it because you are doing it. I wish you the best for the rest of your life and perhaps we idealists will make changes in the long run. In English, "May the Lord Bless You and Keep You; May He Shine His Face Upon You and Bring You Everlasting Peace." Shalom
