I am posting this to my adoption forum – this is a topic that comes up every year at Christmastime – how to make AUTHENTIC Guatemalan tamales. I know MANY will be so thrilled to have this detailed information – not to mention the video! I pray that someone will even be moved by this to begin a sponsorship for 2009!
