We were worried when the political upheaval and violence occurred that he might be injured, left homeless or lose family members.

Hearing about the ways that the Mothers of Nairobi are working together to heal their communities is very encouraging and hopeful for us. We are praying for their success.

We see images of violence and read about political and ethnic fighting.

It is heartening to read about ordinary people moving forward with self help and peaceful processes. I wish the Mothers of Nairobi and Hyderabad good fortune in their lives and efforts to help others and themselves.
